Passion project alert! One of the older pieces in my portfolio, this is a true work of the heart. In 2018 I attended Afropunk with a some friends and a camcorder in an attempt to capture the energy of the festival. Filmed entirely on the 12MP device, I documented the sights and sounds of the day. From compassionate moments between friends and strangers, to Erykah Badu’s live set, I put on my mixing hat to blend all of the above into the video you see below.
